And so my east asian tour begins – kicking things off in Seoul, Korea where we’ll be conducting back-2-back meetings with our client managers proceeded by a 2-day Change Champion kick-off session. Then on Wednesday night, we head out down to Shanghai, China where we’ll be conducting the same 2-day workshop for the Chinese offices.
That one is really gonna be interesting as we’ll be having client representatives from all the other chinese offices (Bejing, Taipei and some offices from the rural chinese side). Once we’re done with Shanghai, over the weekend we’ll be flying to our 3rd leg of the journey, Hong Kong where we’ll be having the same workshop sessions for the Hong Kong office.
And finally once Hong Kong is over, it’s back to KL for the super short weekend before I head back up to Tokyo to conduct the client meetings and the workshop session… lot of things are happening over the next few weeks, but I do still want to continue writing – in fact I am itching to write more stuff down ever since now my blog is back and alive.
