If you’re reading this and if you’ve been reading me over some period a time, I owe you an apology. As you might have guessed, I have a problem with consistency. It’s hard for me to keep producing a s teady stream of articles over a a period of time. Well I can’t say much except that’s how my life sometimes is. There are days where my life in the real world is really slow that I can afford to invest time in leisurely persuits, such as blogging. And there are times where I’m tied up with work commitments, you won’t even hear a word from me. Heck I myself don’t even have much time for myself to do other leisurely things.
The main thing about work projects is that it is cylical in nature, meaning there will be periods of high and low activity throught it’s lifecycle. I just happen to be at the peak, or near the peak of it at this current moment of time, and I don’t forsee myself slowing down at least till march (that’s when my contribution to the project will end), but you never know, cuz in a project, just when you thought everything was coming to a close and you’re job is done, you suddenly realize that you need to do something else and the cycle starts again!
Well I don’t have much to say. I don’t like writing about the intricacies of my project or my work. I do like drawing abstact thoughts and ruminations from my work life, (as you’ve might read before over here), but I seldom probe with detail into my work life and blog about it.
Well I hope this entry suffices an explaination of my on-and-off disappearance on my blog. If you felt that my explaination was pathetic and cheesy, well I don’t really blame you. Heh!
Now just wait and see, I’m going to write something soon in a couple of hours… and after that entry, you’ll hear from me after only couple of days later. What can I say, it’s just me 😛
I have learned that it always feels better to blog because you want to, rather than because you have to, or because you have promised somebody to.
very true pelf, but don’t you find it hard to resume blogging after being ‘out of touch’ for so long?
